The committee provides strategic guidance for the long-term development of the BDC, supporting sustainable growth, strong governance, and alignment with national and international standards. Working collaboratively with member organisations and other committees, it helps align priorities and inform decision-making, operating in an advisory capacity to recommend key actions and frameworks to the Board.
